The Swing Vault is The Strike Lab's online coaching platform. Whether you have lessons with Gregg in person or you're based too far away to visit Playsport Golf — the Vault brings the coaching to you.

Film your swing on your phone, upload it to the Vault, and Gregg will review it with detailed coaching notes and send back your personalised feedback, scores, and recommended drills.

Common questions

What do I need to film my swing?
Just your phone. Set it up on a bag, a tripod, or ask someone to hold it. Face-on and down-the-line angles are most useful — but any angle is better than nothing.
How long does feedback take?
Gregg reviews submissions as quickly as possible. You'll get an email notification the moment your feedback is ready.
Can I use it if I've never had a lesson with Gregg?
Absolutely. The Swing Vault is open to all golfers everywhere — not just existing students. Many Vault members have never met Gregg in person.
What if I have in-person lessons too?
Even better. Sign up with the same email address Gregg has on file and your lesson history, assigned drills, and notes will all be waiting for you in the Vault automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Vault Pass and Full Programme are monthly subscriptions with no minimum term. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
